Ingredients
ใบหนาด (Blumea leaf) ใบเปล้า (Croton leaf) ว่านชักมดลูก(Curcuma comosa) ไพล (Plai or Bengal root) ขมิ้นชัน(Turmeric) กลีบดอกบัวหลวง (Lotus petal) ใบมะขาม (Tamarind leaf) ผิวมะกรูด (Kaffir lime peel) ลูกกระวาน (Cardamom) กานพลู (Clove)หญ้ารีแพร์ (Barbed grass)

Instructions
1 Brew & Chill
Steep the sachet in 500 ml of boiling water using a glass, ceramic, or stainless steel container for 5–10 minutes to fully activate the herbs.
ต้มน้ำ 500 มล. ใส่ในภาชนะแก้ว เซรามิกหรือสเตนเลส แล้วแช่ถุงสมุนไพรทิ้งไว้ 5–10 นาที เพื่อให้สมุนไพรปล่อยสารสำคัญออกมาเต็มที่

2 Prepare the seat
Lift the toilet seat and rest the steam tray over the bowl. Place your tea bowl on the tray — or simply pour the brewed herbal tea directly onto the tray.
ยกฝารองนั่งชักโครกขึ้น วางถาดอบโยนีบนชักโครก จากนั้นวางชามสมุนไพรบนถาด หรือจะเทน้ำสมุนไพรที่ชงแล้วลงบนถาดโดยตรง

3 Sit
Sit gently above — let the warm steam rise and meet you. Drape a blanket around your waist and legs to hold the warmth in. Close your eyes. Breathe slowly. Give yourself 15–20 minutes of stillness.
